Test of Endurance 50 (OR) Todd and I will both (they're including something for jrs.) compete in this event put on by the good folks at MudSlinger in Oregon.
Butte 100 (MT) A local favorite, but not for kids.
Point2Point (UT) Max put me on this. It should be good.

check out the Dakota 50. Labor Day weekend in Spearfish. I think that I'm headed for that one as a tune-up for Chequamegon 40.

Two more ski races for the kids (bowl slalom this Saturday) and then state at Red Lodge. Be glad you came skiing when you did as we are quickly losing the hill (58 degrees yesterday). Crazy weather here and worried about the fishing this year because of it.
I am going to do some XCs with the LRs this year too. It presents an interesting challenge training youth for xc's and still getting in the longer efforts for marathons. What would life be though w/o challenges, right? You know all about this as well!
So, we probably won't make the Dakota 50 this year. Thanks for passing it along. Hope you do well in both races! We'll send you a Sheepheads Lid!
Still haven't firmed up the dates, but I'll be back again this summer and will get in touch for rides and the lid.
