LR's a Teenager

It was a combination of rain, snow and sunshine this Sunday morning, but the LR got in his round of golf at Linda Vista with his bud for his big 13. There was one other brave sole on the course at 09.30, otherwise we had it to ourselves. The Bitterroot is swollen with the recent moisture and the retriever trainers were working their dogs next to the course. It is enjoyable watching dogs work. There are lots of waterfowl in the area sharing the ponds with the turtles. The round went fairly well.

Last night my daughter and I took in the finale of the Jazz Festival at the University. There were high school musicians from all over the state who performed at the festival. Saturday night, university musicians performed alongside of greats Konitz, Kelly and DeFranco. It was a special night having such talent in Missoula. Amazing.
