Repairing the Wing

I have not been spending as much time on the erg lately, but the blend of erg/cycle is firing up fast. I did put in a half marathon on damper 5 recently, which places a bit less pressure on the wing. When I first started pulling on these things, I was on damper 10. Then I switched to 8 and have stayed there since it feels right to me and helps with the development to pull up steep single track grades. Exercising at 05.30 is always interesting as for the first half hour my mind is still in bed. I did manage to increase the effort as the pull progressed this morning. Things are starting to come along with strength returning. Tomorrow it's back to the woods!
